Overall experience was good , property etc , but my card was swiped 4 times for the same security deposit and those all transactions were considered fraud by credit card provider and this forced me to get new card , so now I have to go update this card everywhere .

Very friendly and helpful staff. I commend the Canadian people in general, they were all friendly and went above and out of their way to assist visitors. At least everyone we came across and we visited a lot of places and talked to a lot of people.
Enjoyed the easy access to the nearby Metro and the very helpful assistance the concierge "Jonathan" suggested to enjoy our stay. I apologize in advance if I got his name incorrect. He was great.
Took a beautiful scenic drive to Whistler and had lunch. Also did the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Vancouver is an easy and quick escape from Los Angeles. Scenic and relaxing.
Would definitely return.

We booked this hotel before a flight the next day. We chose it for the marina view and dinning in a restaurant overlooking the marina. The restaurant was closed and had been for sometime. The bar/ restaurant in the hotel was very full and very noisy. Consequently unpleasant.

This is our go to place to stay when we fly into the Vancouver area. Access from YVR with the sky train doesn’t get any easier. The outlet mall is 2 stops away.
